Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Trainer Contact Center (Outbound Call)
- Developed Training Need Analysis (TNA)
- Conduct Product Knowledge Training for the team in order to ensure right skilling
- Conduct group and individuals training sessions
- Design and implement training programs. Prepared educational materials such as module
- Monitor the implementation and effectivity of the training program
- Responsible for the training administrations and report
Trainer Contact Center (Inbound Call)
- Developed Training Need Analysis (TNA)
- Conduct Product Knowledge Training for the team in order to ensure right skilling
- Conduct group and individuals training sessions
- Design and implement training programs. Prepared educational materials such as module
- Monitor the implementation and effectivity of the training program
- Responsible for the training administrations and report
Sales Force Administrator
- Assist users with tasks and problem-solving technical inquiries
- Create and update automations using declarative and programmatic tools in Salesforce
- Configure new user profiles and updating permissions
- Create and update analytical dashboards
- Clean, manipulate, and update data, mainly using Excel and SQL
- Implement data models according to the needs of the business and existing infrastructure
- Update document templates in the Salesforce system
- Assist with documenting technical processes and procedures
- Update marketing lead distribution schemes according to business requirements
- Other related needs according to management and project needs
Customer Specialist (Mandarin)
- Working from Yogyakarta site
- Shifting 24-hours
- Customer Service – non voice
- Fluently speaking, reading, and writing: Traditional and Simplified Mandarin
Syarat Pekerjaan
Trainer Contact Center (Outbound Call)
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field Have experience as Desk Collection/Trainer (1 year)
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated administrative professionalism and responsive
- Courtesy and kindness in dealing with trainees and colleagues
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Comfortable and confidence speaking in-front of large crowd Proficient in MS Office (Especially Powerpoint)
- Excellent presentation skills Positive and can-do attitude
- Excellent Team Player
- Good command of English
