Effectively communicate with instructors, participants, and internal teams to ensure smooth class operations
Ensure the availability of technical and support needed to ensure an optimal learning experience for participants
Coordinate with relevant teams, including the curriculum team, to ensure learning content meets the company’s needs and standards
Assist in the development and testing of new learning modules, and provide feedback to improve quality and relevance

Responsible for Managing social media needs to achieve best possible result
Manage, create and publish high quality content based on our strategies and goals
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trend to ensure best possible result
Engage actively with audience from social media
