• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and expansion
• Campaign Strategy: Develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with overall marketing goals, product launches, and promotional campaigns
• Define, create, and manage marketing campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion using multiple channels
• Handling the end-to-end process of the influencer marketing strategist, starts from approaching suitable KOL, creating & present the brief, and reviewing their performance

• Aged <28
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting or related fields
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Passionate in beauty industry
• Experience in beauty or consumer goods industry will be preferred, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Ability to handle multiple projects, task, and people in a fast pace environment
• Experience handling beauty brand promotion or having a broad knowledge of beauty or skincare products is preferred
